Moonridge is one of the most high-demand locations in the Valley. To many, Moonridge IS Big Bear, or at least the mountain environment many think of when they envision a “cabin in Big Bear". Offering spectacular vistas that include the lake, and Bear Mtn. and Snow Summit ski areas. Homes in Moonridge run the gamut from tiny cabins to spectacular multi-level custom view homes. Prices range from the very affordable to several million dollars. Moonridge – is home to some of Big Bear’s biggest attractions, including the Bear Mtn. winter resort, Bear Mtn. golf course, and the Big Bear Alpine Zoo. One of the most popular USFS trails in the valley, road 2N10, can be accessed near Bear Mtn, for hiking, mountain biking, off-roading and just taking an afternoon drive. With portions of Moonridge lying within both the City of Big Bear Lake and the unincorporated County area, it offers all utilities and is served by both the City and Big Bear City Community Services District.
